I love Autumn, Fall, whatever you want to call it. The warmth and coziness that goes with the cool days and roaring-fire nights lends itself to hot drinks, good books and copious amounts of comfort food in the form of soups, stews, pumpkin desserts and apples galore. Give me a good Honey Crisp apple to crunch into or, even better, a batch of these muffins. No flour, you can substitute applesauce for the oil, and the muffins are delicious without the glaze if you want to cut down on sugar. But you must try! Yammie's Noshery also makes this recipe in the form of loaves, but muffins help portion control, right? Right!
While munching on these little gems by that roaring fire, why not indulge in some humor with LaTisha and Hardy Barnhart as she cooks up delicious food and loads of fun while undertaking to solve the demise of her former employer in Murder on the Bunions. Or if romance is more your thing, you can preorder my new historical romance trilogy, Brides of Wyoming.
Ten books. Mystery or romance. Your choice. All professionally edited. New compilation of historical romances, Brides of Wyoming. Releases November 1, 2016. Enjoy!
